1. Booking Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official customer support channels.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked and the timing of the cancellation:
• More than 30 days before departure:
Eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service fees or supplier charges.
• 15–30 days before departure:
Eligible for a partial refund. Cancellation charges may apply based on airline, hotel, or service provider policies.
• Less than 15 days before departure:
No refund will be issued unless otherwise specified by the airline or service provider.
2. Flight Tickets
• Flight ticket refunds are governed by the airline’s fare rules.
• Some tickets may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
• Any applicable airline cancellation or change fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Flyora Travel service fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
3. Hotel Bookings & Travel Packages
• Hotel and package refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the respective hotel, tour operator, or service provider.
• Promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier penalties and service fees.
4. No-Show Policy
• Failure to show up for a flight, hotel stay, or tour without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
• No-shows are typically non-refundable.
5. Cancellation by Flyora Travel
In rare cases where Flyora Travel cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as operational issues or supplier unavailability), customers will be offered:
• A full refund, or
• An alternative arrangement of equal value, subject to availability.
6. Refund Processing Time
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
• Processing times may vary depending on banks, airlines, or payment providers.
7. Force Majeure
Flyora Travel is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or airline disruptions. Refunds in such cases are subject to supplier policies.
